Jinghai Yueheng supports small and mid-sized businesses outside China with defined procurement plans in China. Guided by customer requirements, we independently identify, compare and verify Chinese supplier information and coordinate agreed procurement work.
For each project, we first clarify product requirements and procurement priorities, then support supplier search and information checks, quotation comparison, sample coordination and procurement follow-up. We can also check and compare suppliers you have already found.
We work by project and in agreed stages, defining the scope, deliverables and fees before work begins. Factory visits are arranged when needed and with supplier agreement. Within the agreed scope, we share supplier information, original quotations and review records, distinguishing verified information, supplier statements and unresolved questions to support better-informed choices.
We disclose relevant factory relationships and recuse ourselves from evaluating suppliers in which we have a financial or other material conflict of interest. Service fees are paid by customers; we accept no factory commissions or rebates. Transparent communication, clear evidence and responsible delivery are the basis of long-term trust.

Where appropriate, we arrange an agreed visit to observe the site and clarify specific questions. The report records what was observed, stated or inaccessible.
Information you can act on.
Supplier identities, contacts and original quotations are shared within the agreed scope. Findings include sources, dates, limitations and questions that remain open.
Our information review and ordinary site visits are not formal factory audits, laboratory tests, product inspections or guarantees of quality or delivery.
